This machine is used for clay modeling in various foundries. This machine can be used as a stand-alone machine, or as a mechanized assembly line, or as a semi-automatic production line. This machine adopts pneumatic multi-contact compaction, with moderate specific pressure. The number of contacts is 48, suitable for complex model modeling. When the machine is pressed and shaken, the sand mold is compacted on one side of the contact and shaken together with the worktable. The hardness of the ancient sand mold is high and uniform. This machine adopts a spring fully cushioned pneumatic micro-vibration mechanism, so there is no special requirement for the foundation. This machine adopts connecting rod synchronous shaft structure to adjust the speed of air pressure and oil, which has good synchronism and free speed control.
