The machine utilizes double-axis machinery to remove the resin curing agent on the surface of sand grains by strong rubbing and de-filming. The bottom of the machine is equipped with a fan to separate the old film and dust. After rubbing, the old sand has a high degree of integrity and rounded grains, which can reduce the amount of liquid material used when mixing again.
