S25 single/double arm continuous sand mixer for self-hardening sand adopts Japanese Mitsubishi PLC programming control, accurate quantification, sand mixing efficiency is 5-30 T/H, fully open cage, easy for blade cleaning and maintenance, mainly used for mixing resin self-hardening sand and water glass sand, can be equipped with self-hardening sand production line, the maximum turning radius of 1-stage cage is 4M, the maximum turning radius of 2-stage cage is 2M.

S25 series fixed single/double arm continuous sand mixer is designed according to the technology of Italian I.M.F. company and absorbing the advantages of American DF company and German FATE company. This sand mixer is equipped with special bag dust collector for dust removal from the small arm sand and odor removal from the sand outlet, so that the sand mixed with less dust, reduce the amount of hardener and resin, and the odor removal device at the sand outlet reduces the odor caused by the reaction between hardener and resin, which greatly improves the working environment of the operator.
Main features.
1.The cage can be opened in half, easy to clean; the cage tank has replaceable lining, the lining is made of stainless steel.
2.The sand mixing cage shaft is equipped with easily removable sand mixing blade, and the assembly part is fixed with hexagonal nut, which is easy to adjust the angle of sand mixing blade.
3.The head of the sand mixing blade is welded with carbide on the contact surface of the sand, and the service life is more than 2000 hours. In the middle of the stirring cage shaft and the discharge port part is equipped with reverse sand mixing blade, so as to enhance the rubbing and squeezing between sand materials and ensure the uniformity of sand mixing.
4.Resin pump adopts gear pump, and solidifying agent pump adopts diaphragm pump imported from Italy.
5.The flow rate of resin and curing agent adopts AC frequency control motor, which is accurate in measurement.
6.Resin and catalyst liquid material are refined by compressed air atomization nozzle into mist sprayed into the sand material of stirring cage to meet the requirement of sand mixing uniformity.
7.Slewing device adopts engineering slewing bearing.
8.There is an operation station at the head of the cage, automatic sand mixing, big arm rotation, emergency stop, etc. can be carried out on the panel of the operation station.
9.Resin sand mixer adopts the horizontal 180° counter-opening structure, and is equipped with wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant bushing, adjustable sand mixing blade, and the gap between the cage blade and the bushing is <5~8mm.
10.Resin sand mixer sand mixing blade arrangement: double spiral blade arrangement form, partially with inverted spiral blade, make sand mixing more uniform.
11.Resin sand mixer is equipped with special dustproof mechanism at the head of cage shaft, which can effectively remove dust and smell.
12.Resin sand mixer can quickly switch to realize the function of surface sand and back sand.
13.The comprehensive and perfect safety protection and chain function effectively ensure the safe operation of the operator and the equipment.

1.The big arm adopts motorized rotation, the small arm adopts manual rotation, and the operation box of the sand mixer is installed in the front of the sand mixing arm.

3.Resin sand mixer liquid material pump：
Resin sand pump: using metering gear pump.
Curing agent pump: using the original Italian anti-corrosion pump.
Liquid material valve: using pneumatic three-way ball valve.
4.Atomization nozzle: adopt external permeable nozzle to make sand mixing more uniform.
5.Frequency converter adopts domestic famous brand, and the transmission part of the equipment is equipped with electric and gas interlock signal and mechanical protection device to ensure mechanical safety.
