GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer composition:
1.The main motor drives the reducer input through the European standard belt pulley, and the output shaft is coupled with the column by chain coupling. The spindle drives the crosshead to rotate counterclockwise, so that the scraper device pushes the type of sand to form a ring flow.
2.Two groups of rotor mechanism are fixed symmetrically on the cross beam of the circle, each driven by the main motor through the v-belt and gears after the second deceleration of the sand mixing rotor counterclockwise rotation, and with the scraping plate to apply impact, shear and friction to the sand.
3.The transmission gears in the reducer all adopt large modulus alloy steel hardened gears with long service life, and the reducer is equipped with magnetic oil plug to capture the iron foam in the box; the bottom plate of the sand mixer is paved with faience cast stone, which is smooth and wear-resistant; the scraper inserts are welded with wear-resistant carbide, and the inner liner ring is made of stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene for anti-sand treatment.
4.The unloading mechanism adopts automatic air unloader, the sand mixing cycle is 3 minutes on average to complete a mix, when the green sand is mixed, the unloading port automatically unloads the material, no personnel operation, save time and efficiency.
5.Automatic water injection system, GS high efficiency sand mixer is equipped with automatic water pump, which can adjust the water injection mechanism according to the sand mixing volume, and after the preliminary installation and debugging, the water is automatically injected according to the wet sand mixing volume of each batch at a later stage to ensure the water distribution ratio of wet sand.
6.GS high-efficiency rotor sand mixer is equipped with a grid dosing device or electronic scale on the top cover, which can automatically add material to ensure the accuracy of each addition; at the same time, the exhaust hole is reserved to achieve the role of dust removal and heat dissipation.
7.The reducer is pressed and installed on the base, when overhauling, disconnect the chain coupling and move the main motor out of the insertion part of the coupling, it can be pulled out horizontally for repair without dismantling the column and other parts.
