2. 4. Pneumatic system
The pneumatic components of this machine adopt Taiwan Airtac brand, including air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder and pneumatic control element solenoid valve.
5. Hydraulic pumping station.
This pump station has 5 pairs of solenoid valves, 5 pairs of solenoid valves control the action of main oil cylinder, lower box oil cylinder, upper box oil cylinder, upper platen oil cylinder and push type oil cylinder respectively. Solenoid valve using Japan oil research, oil pump using Japan oil research oil pump, hydraulic system pressure is 19MPa, commonly used pressure for 13MPa or less. The system pressure control uses the proportional valve of oil research, with Mitsubishi PLC module and Mitsubishi touch screen to achieve digital control, can be adjusted in the touch screen by entering the corresponding number, adjust the upper limit of 19MPa, the equipment with air-cooled radiator, when the hydraulic oil is higher than 30 degrees automatically start cooling fan, to ensure that the hydraulic oil in the normal working temperature range, can effectively protect the seals of the hydraulic cylinder and prevent the hydraulic oil temperature from rising. In the hydraulic oil tank is installed with a heater, in the oil temperature is lower than 6 degrees automatically start the heater, higher than 10 degrees to stop heating, to prevent the oil temperature is too low cause hydraulic oil viscosity is too high, affecting the flow of oil damage oil pump.
6. Control system.
Control system total control of pressure, speed, temperature operation of the three aspects. Automatic system mainly adopts Mitsubishi touch screen and Mitsubishi PLC control drive hydraulic solenoid valve and Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components system to achieve the hydraulic components of the equipment action, and the continuous and interlocking relationship between the action. Hydraulic oil temperature system adopts Omron thermostat for temperature control. The hydraulic system is mainly controlled under the Mitsubishi PLC through output modules and Schneider relays.
