Reasons for listing: Castings such as slurry pump impellers, linings, cone mills, tooth tips and other products are generally simple in structure, can ignore carbon defects, and have high yield and low cost. Note: some large products are not suitable

Reasons for the list: Gate valves, butterfly valves, check valves and other valve bodies can be easily cast in lost foam casting, without considering the core, and the wall thickness is uniform.
Disadvantages: need to pay attention to leakage

6. Pipe fittings
Reasons for the list: Flanges, sockets, elbows, tees, etc. It is very convenient to use lost foam casting soon
Disadvantages: pay attention to deformation problems

7. Pump housing
Reasons for the list: Slurry pumps, pipeline pumps, double-suction pumps and other products have solved the problems of core lowering, uneven wall thickness and large inclination with lost foam casting.

8. Agricultural machinery products
Advantages: high efficiency and low cost. In addition, the surface quality requirements of agricultural machinery products are getting higher and higher, and lost foam casting has obvious advantages.

9. Machine tool parts
Reasons for the list: For this kind of particularly large castings, the use of lost foam casting saves the trouble of turning over the box, the cost is significantly reduced, and the efficiency is significantly improved.
Disadvantages: The mold investment is relatively large, and the white mold is generally cut by hand, and the surface finish and rounded corners are not good.

10. Metallurgical machinery
Such products include grate bars, anode steel claws, wear-resistant balls, etc. The lost foam is very handy.
