1.Features.

1.3 Liquid material conveying adopts Italian imported mechanical diaphragm metering pump to convey hardener (hardener pump) and gear pump (with stepless variable speed motor) to convey resin, or all imported gear pumps can be used for conveying according to user requirements.
1.4 The tail sand of mixed sand head is very small, and the electrical control system adopts imported PLC control.
1.5 Liquid material conveying valve, can choose corrosion-resistant liquid material reversing valve (backflow valve), this valve can do shutdown without stopping the pump, the valve is in the working position when the sand mixer is working, when it is not working, it will play to the backflow position, and then play to the working position when it is working again, which solves the problem of too much head and tail sand when the pump is opened frequently. The liquid material is assisted by compressed air to spray into fan-shaped atomized belt, which makes it easier for the binder to mix with the sand quickly and evenly, and the back-blowing liquid material valve with back-blowing function can also be used.
2. The reason of uneven mixing of resin and silica sand
2.1 Resin sand mixer blade is a kind of perishable parts. Perennial need to replace an accessory. Blade use normal replacement frequency about in 3-4 months between more reasonable. 3. Reasons for low sand output of resin sand mixer
