S56 vibration crushing regeneration machine (also known as vibration regeneration machine) is the core equipment for resin sand and water glass sand regeneration in the foundry industry. 1. Vibration power system
Power source: Two vibration motors are installed at the bottom of the equipment (arranged crosswise and symmetrically at a 45° angle), and the unbalanced weight on the motor shaft generates exciting force.
Motion mode: When the motor is running, the exciting force drives the cylinder to simultaneously generate vertical vibration and torsional vibration around the axis, and the two vibrations are combined to form a "vortex motion".
Parameter characteristics: High vibration frequency (980 r/min) and low amplitude design are adopted to reduce energy loss and reduce noise (<75 dB).
2. Compound vibration mode and material movement
Vortex motion mechanism: Under the action of the vibration synthesis force, the material in the cylinder moves upward along the spiral trajectory to form a continuous vortex flow.
Mechanical action: Collision and friction: Sand particles collide and rub with each other and with the inner wall of the cylinder (including the counter-circuit/grid plate) at high frequency to peel off the residual resin film or water glass film on the surface of the sand particles.
Synchronous crushing and screening: Large sand blocks collide and crush with the grid bed during the vortex motion, and sand particles smaller than the sieve hole (usually ≤6mm) fall to the secondary treatment area, and large impurities are discharged from the waste port.
3. Regeneration process (staged processing)
The S56 equipment integrates sand falling, crushing, film stripping and screening in a single machine. The process is as follows:
Sand falling and primary crushing: The grid bed with a sand falling frame vibrates, the sand blocks are shattered here, and small particles of sand fall through the grid holes.
Secondary Demolding: The screened sand particles continue to swirl in the spiral groove of the chassis, and the residual binder is removed by repeated friction with the counter-attack ring.
Magnetic separation and purification: A through-type magnetic separation device is configured to remove iron impurities and improve the purity of the regenerated sand.
Cooling and discharging: The sand particles after demolding are naturally cooled during the spiral rise process, and finally discharged from the sand outlet trough, and the inert dust is removed by the exhaust system.
