Planetary motion mechanism: The rotor rotates at high speed while revolving (rotating around the center of the machine basin with the cross arm), forming a composite motion trajectory.

1. Mixing device
The material is forced to be mixed by the composite actions such as squeezing and flipping when the planetary shaft with blades installed in the mixing drum rotates. The mixing blade is designed as a parallelogram structure. Customers can rotate it 180° for repeated use according to the actual wear condition, which effectively improves the utilization rate and life of the blade. A special unloading scraper is designed for the unloading speed to improve productivity.
2. Movement trajectory
The revolution and rotation of the mixing blade are determined after in-depth research and continuous testing, so that the mixer can achieve the maximum productivity when mixing aggregates of various particle sizes and specific gravities without segregation. The material movement trajectory in the mixing drum is smooth and continuous. This figure shows that when the revolution body rotates one circle, the movement trajectory of the mixing blade covers the entire mixing drum.
3. Water adding device
The water channel uses an upper structure to solve the problem of residual admixtures and water in the pipeline, avoiding losses caused by customers changing formulas.
